I was born in Romania on January 7, 1980, and immigrated to the U.S.A. at the age of 21. I was certified as a Los Angeles personal trainer by the International Sports Sciences Association in 2003 and I have been training clients in the city of West Hollywood, California ever since.

In addition, I have completed continuing education courses in nutrition and lower back disorders. Academically I hold an AA degree from Los Angeles City College. My goal is to complete undergraduate school and then fulfill graduate studies as well.

My journey into the world of fitness began at the age of 15 and I plan to continue with it since the world of fitness can be explored forever.
