Prospective Clients
As a potential client, you may be asking yourself: Why should I hire Cristian Mariuta rather than other trainers? Also, what sets him apart from other trainers? I am more than glad to answer these questions.
- Personal training is a full time job for me, not a hobby.
- When I am on the floor training clients, commitment and attentiveness are paramount.
You are the most important person to me when I train you. You will be given my undivided attention for the entire duration of your training session. As a client, you will be treated with 100 % professionalism, respect and courtesy. It is one on one training, period!
Next, I shall discuss a meeting that will precede the fitness training.
- A complimentary consultation is offered to all serious prospective clients. During the consultation we will talk about your health history, diet and fitness goals. The consultation also includes a full body evaluation, which consists of fitness tests, body fat analysis, body circumference measurements and range of motion assessment. We will set a realistic goal achievable over a three or six month period. At the end of that phase we will do another full body evaluation, and based on the results, we’ll decide how to proceed.
- Each workout is customized to your needs and expectations. Since we are all different, a specific program that works for one person, usually does not work for another individual.
- I am a big believer in feedback from my clients, and I adjust the routine and exercises based on their response.
- Each workout lasts approximately one hour.
- Each session is preceded by a warm up on a cardio machine.
- Stretching is usually performed at the end of the workout.
- A Health History Questionnaire and a Consent Form will be required to be completed before any type of exercise can take place. Download Forms.
In addition, I offer nutrition and supplement advice to my clients, at no extra cost.
Words of advice
I will do my best to help you achieve your fitness goals regardless of whether you are twenty or eighty years old. However, you must do your best as well. Realistically, you will only workout with me a few hours a week, which means that what you accomplish in-between your workouts (diet and rest), is as important as what you achieve during the workouts. In both instances, you will need to be consistent and disciplined.
Moreover, do your best to maintain a positive mental attitude inside and outside the gym.
